Company energy audit

The Energy Efficiency Law (Energoefektivitātes likums) states that Large Electricity Consumers should carry out an energy audit or introduce an energy management system (ISO 50001). It must be submitted to the Ministry of Economics by April 1 of the current year and is valid for 4 years.

A large electricity consumer is a company with an annual electricity consumption of over 500 MWh.
